ONCE I SHIP YOUR PACKAGE, I NO LONGER HAVE CONTROL OVER HOW FAST THE CARRIER GETS IT TO YOU, PLEASE CHOOSE SHIPPING OPTIONS WISELY AT CHECK OUT AND KNOW THAT I CAN NOT CONTROL THE CARRIER ONCE IT IS IN THEIR HANDS BUT I WILL WORK WITH YOU AND THE SHIPPING CARRIER TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES IF THEY OCCUR. YOU MAY ALSO SELECT TO HAVE ROUTE INSURANCE WHEN CHECKING OUT. IF YOU CHOOSE TO OPT OUT OF THE INSURANCE OFFERED THEN I CAN ONLY GUARENTEE THE $100 INSURANCE THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO YOUR SHIPMENT PRIOR TO THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE. 

If I am unable to have your order shipped within  2 business days, please email me for a refund on the Rush option. I work hard to try to accommodate all rush orders but at times I run out of time, and I am sorry for that. I do try to ship same day when I can.
