**You Must Have a Heat Press to Apply**
- Pre Press for 8 seconds to remove moisture
- LOW HEAT - 285-300
- 15-20 Seconds
- HEAVY Pressure
- COLD Peel
Instructions: Pre press shirt to remove moisture, place and press transfer as instructed above, remove from press and let cool for 10 or more seconds and peel the clear sheet away. Return your garment to your press and cover with parchment paper or Teflon now and press for another 5 seconds. You can remove your cover sheet immediately after that second press.
